In the winter of 1979, during a yoga session with Uma Ysamat and Enric Boada, I experienced my first contact with Katsugen and Yuki, with spontaneous movement and its perception through the hands.

I had just graduated in Philology and, while combining teaching with Seitai practice among family and friends, I often found myself doing katsugen without prior intention, enjoying the state changes this generated in me. It was from this naturalness and simplicity that katsugen and yuki gradually became incorporated into my life, facilitating my connection with myself and with the environment.

In 1984, I began my training with a course taught by Katsumi Mamine, which gave me a new vision of health and life and initiated me into understanding Seitai. Since then, I have worked in this line of training and research based on the extensive research work carried out by Katsumi Mamine. In the summer of 1989, I participated in a course on Seitai that Haruchika Noguchi's second son taught in Osaka (Japan).

Within my professional career, I would like to highlight the collaboration, from 1990 to 2020, at the Seitai Center directed by Francesca Garrido and Katsumi Mamine, where I conducted group practice meetings and individual yuki sessions and katsugen induction. Between 1998 and 2004 I coordinated the Terrassa Seitai Center and from 1999 I have taught courses and workshops in various spaces such as the Badalona Music Conservatory, the P. d' Estudis Musicals Foundation of Vic, the Barcelona Superior School of Music (esmuc), the Dance-Theater Center directed by Mercè Boronat, the Madrid Dance Center "Espacio en Blanco" and the Barcelona Theater Institute (IT), among others.

In 2005 I inaugurated the Seitai Studio at Pl del Sol de Gràcia (Barcelona), with the desire to create a space where to communicate and share the Seitai experience and deepen the practices of katsugen and yuki.
