It was approximately 30 years ago that I discovered Seitai. It was the result of a personal search to find something I vitally needed and that would make me feel better about myself. The practice of katsugen and yuki together with Seitai knowledge have become something essential and are the axis of my life. I was fortunate to be able to count from the beginning with the teaching and support of Katsumi Mamine, direct disciple of Master Noguchi (founder of Seitai).

I opened the Seitai Studio in Reus to make known this valuable and at the same time unknown activity. I currently also have a Studio in Barcelona (Marià Cubí 66, 1st, 2nd).

I teach courses on Seitai and I attend and guide people individually through yuki. I occasionally teach courses at other centers or schools and until 2020 I collaborated at the Barcelona Seitai Center. I also occasionally go to Madrid, where I attend individually and organize introduction workshops.

I dedicate myself professionally to this activity from the conviction that Seitai culture reaches the root of human nature and can interest and help other people.
